Fixing this crate for newer rust versions (tested on latest nightly)

Thanks for this @Wazed-Matthis, I wanted to notify that gcc is deprecated too and should me moved to cc.

Should I do that in another pr, or just update this one? Though, I just noticed it is just a rename. Will update asap

I changed it on linux, so I am not sure if this will 100% compile, but it should, because compilation is just failing for cc compiler not finding the windows headers.
