Date/Time Keywords
Summary
Date/Time keywords in the config that will display the date/time the trade was sent/completed or when it was detected. Either/or will work, I don't mind which one.
Motivation
Will allow for more customization within configs.
Additional Information
Allow the user to specify how the date/time is displayed using %d, $m, or %y. This will probably require updating the wiki to explain how to format dates/times.
