What happened?

Over the last couple months Sirens seem to be turning off randomly without being disabled. When you go to re-enable them you have to double tap ALT almost as if the siren is still on. Sometimes this will also lead to the siren being on for others but not you.

Expected result

Sirens remain on until disabled

Reproduction steps

1. Intermittent issue
2. Have lights and sirens on
3. See error
