Favorite emotes not working correctly with dance packs

What happened?

Once I have just flown in in the city, only my non dance-pack emojis work with the keybinds that I set for the favorite ones. Only when I press F3 and load them in in the dance pack will they work with my keybinds, see clip:

Reproduction steps

1. Set a dance pack emoji as favorite.
2. Fly out of the city and back in.
3. Press your keybind for the favorite emoji (it will not work)
4. Press F3 --> Dance Pack
5. Exit out of it
6. Press your keybind for the favorite emoji (it will work now)
