Banks appearing as open & closed for other people

What happened?

If you happen to be in the city for a long time, sometimes after banks are robbed they don't reopen on your map. If you go there physically you are still able to use the bank but they still show as closed on your map until you fly out and come back.

Expected result

Banks would update on the map when reopened

Reproduction steps

1. Have a bank get robbed/close for some reason
2. Wait for reopen
3. Sometimes will not reopen on map
