Phone and password for prop not opening

What happened?

After being in the city for a while, the pop ups for both the phone and properties do not show up in the screen. If i just type as they were there, it is not a problem and I can enter in the passwords for properties without the prompt all together and it is how i am currently operating within properties. but when it comes to the phone, communication on the cellphone is non existent once it happens and i can only fix it by popping my head. On return it will work for a bit, but it will break again within minutes. its almost like a memory issue but specs wise im never maxed or close to it.

1 fly in 2 be in city for a while 3 properties and phone will not work 4 pop head to temporarily fix
