[Website] Posting a 2nd suggestion throws error

What happened?

Posting a 2nd suggestion within a timeframe (unsure how much, happened to me up to several DAYS between the suggestions) throws an error in the console only, without any feedback to the (average) user why the 'post suggestion' button isn't buttoning

Expected result

An error to be displayed for the user.

Reproduction steps

1. Post suggestion
2. Attempt to post another suggestion (specifically the "submit suggestion" button)
3. 403 error in the console (image below; 2 attempts to post were made, so 2 errors).
4. Console: POST https://api.highliferoleplay.net/suggestions/create 403 (Forbidden)
