Government Portal not working in City Hall

What happened?

It's been almost a week and I still can't open the government portal in the City Hall. I badly need it for my gun license as I want to try the gruppe sechs job. I hope mine gets fixed already

Expected result

Government Portal opens so that I could check the status of my weapons license

Reproduction steps

1. Went to city hall and pressed E to open up the government portal
2. Nothing happens, basically nothing in my screen pops up or shows up

People in Discord saying this is a well known bug and they don't know themselves how to fix it. I hope mine gets fixed soon thank you!
