What happened?

After criminals are done breaking in, PD goes in to clear it. Pretty much everytime the door is closed for the cops, even though the crims got in. Once the cop uses the panel on the side to close the vault door, it starts to open towards the cop (should be opening to the other side - into the vault) and sort of goes out of hinges.

If you leave the area and come back, the door will be in the correct closed position. I assume it's just a desync but only started happening few months ago.

Expected result

Door is open when cops breach in

Reproduction steps

1. Be further away from bank when the robbery starts
2. Arrive on scene and breach the bank
3. Vault door is closed
4. Use the panel to 'close' the vault
5. The door opens
6. Leave and come back - door is closed
