adding someone to team

What happened?

Me and my friend created a team "the gentlemen" he invited me and then when i pressed f5 there was an invite but i couldnt see it

i then logged out and back in the invite had gone and then when he tried to re invite me it said "this player has already been invited to the group"

yet there was no invite still there

Expected result

i should of been able to join the team

Reproduction steps

1. friend created team with 40k
2. invited me
3. couldnt join
4. relogged
5. invite not there 6 couldnt sent invite again as id already been invited
