What happened?

The queue times to get into HighLife RP take a long time. It usually takes around 3 hours for me to get in from the top. I have been waiting for many hours to get into the server but when I reached around 3rd position, I got disconnected from queue. One minute later I tried rejoining but I was put at the end of the line. This happened twice, and I was not able to reclaim my position in the queue. This problem is extremely frustrating and unacceptable so I urge this to be resolved.

Expected result

I should've been able to get my position back in the queue, or receive some type of compensation eventually.

Reproduction steps

1. Joined the queue
2. waited a long time
3. got disconnected
4. tried to rejoin again
5. did not get the position I was originally
