Instanced in interior upon reconnecting

What happened?

Usually when disconnecting, crashed, or being timed out while in your apartment causes your next reconnect to be in a interior where you're not able to interact, hear, or see anyone.

Expected result

Flew back into your own interior's instance and being able to interact with everything

Reproduction steps

1. Disconnect/Crash/Time out
2. Reconnect
3. Spawn in your apartment
4. Unable to interact with any of the interior utilities, or the door to exit

Additional information

The majority of the players who are in their apartment, sees the instance player, and for experienced players, they usually leave them be and try to confirm it's not an actual break in, while newer players tend to hold them up and then assume they aren't responding, therefore shooting them, thinking they are burglers and looting them, which result in making a ticket and comp claim, or hopping in WFS to try to talk to a moderator.

I believe there's currently a few ways to exit the bugged interior, creating a F1 report and letting a staff/helper know in #support or #discussion, or unloading the pistol on themselves, or lastly, being shot by a player, and having to respawn in the hospital.

There might be chances where upon reconnection, you're able to reconnect into your own instances, however most people who are stuck, are based on this reason, through my personal observation.
