Vehicles getting "bricked"

What happened?

Often times when i enter my warehouses and then exit again, the vehicle that is parked outside is just stuck in place. You can unlock and lock the vehicle, and get in the trunk, but when you try to get in it you are just stuck in the animation standing still.

Expected result

You should be able to get in the vehicle.

Reproduction steps

1. Enter warehouse.
2. Exit warehouse
3. Unlock vehicle
4. Try to get in the vehicle
