Ability to hit multiple stores simultaneously

What happened?

two stores were hit at exactly the same time. Not simply a "false alarm" but a store robbery. (10-90)

Expected result

AFAIK you should be able to hit only 1 store within a given period.

stores are hit at exactly the same moment. Seems people are able to do this as long as they are hitting "rob store" at the exact same time.
