Race Information sometimes doesn't show

What happened?

Roughly 5/10 times, the street race menus (Countdowns and Ending Leaderboards) will not show.

Expected result

Countdown to race beginning and leaderboard showing results at the end

Reproduction steps

1 - Join race 2 - Wait for initial countdown to start 3 - 10 second countdown starts 4 - See error part 1 (no countdown) 5 - Finish race, wait for race end timer 6 - See error part 2 (no leaderboard)
