Clean / Dirty Money doesn't get separated in evidence Locker (Not sure if this is broken or this should be a feature request)

What happened?

When you confiscate money from someone and they have both clean and dirty money, there is no way to only take the dirty money, as well as no way to return only the clean money via evidence locker.

Expected result

Should only be able to return clean cash / take dirty money only

Reproduction steps

1. Have a suspect with clean and dirty money
2. Have no option to take ONLY the dirty money.
3. Evidence Locker has the clean and dirty money lumped together, so you can't return the clean money without also returning the dirty money.

Also when someone is sent to prison with clean cash on them, the cash is just lost in the abyss, and not returned to them when they get out, but this is more of a feature request I believe.

If this entire post should be a suggestion / feature request just advise me and I will submit it in the proper place on discord.. I wasn't really sure if since getting the evidence locker update if all the cash was meant to lumped together or separated by clean / dirty.
