Lockpick won't work first time

What happened?

When starting the lockpick minigame to unlock a car, I never get the minigame popping up first time. I always have to hit ESC and start over.

Expected result

Have the minigame pop up first time

Reproduction steps

1. I use the lockpick and I start the minigame. 2. The arrows/instructions pop up but no minigame visuals. 3. I hit ESC to come out of the minigame. 4. I use the lockpick and start over and it works 2nd time.

Importancy

There's a workaround

Additional information

Not a huge issue in low risk situations but can comprimise you if you try to lockpick a high end car or service vehicle.
