What happened?

So i have been told 2 days ago that my appartement will be foreclosed in 13 days if I don't pay off my 7575$ in tax now today I have logged in to find that my appartement has been foreclosed even though 13 days still has not passed I will provide screenshots of proof...

Expected result

Normally after the 13days passed the house should get foreclosed and not before

Reproduction steps

1. own an appartement
2. be broke as shit
3. get first foreclose email saying if you dont pay tax in 13 days appartement will be foreclosed
4. in two or three days it will be foreclosed even though the 13 days still has not passed

I was first told to write a compensation claim then I was told to write this issue once fixed please tell me how to either get payed my comensation or how I could get my appartement back because I was planning on selling it
