Double charge for property tax

What happened?

3/3/2024 got double charged for property tax

Expected result

only one charge (as shown in earlier charges)

Reproduction steps

dont know how to reproduce, assuming maybe it charged right before server tsunami and forgot it did after so it charged again? idk

No, I don't own a garage with it yes I only own one property, a motel. No, I did not have missed payments.

This has happened to me as well. Double taxation of property with the same property ID and address.

I do have a garage with mine, but that shouldn't cause double taxation of the property as it has not happened before or part of any standard processes for D8.

Same thing happened for me, my warehouse was only charged once, however my motel was charged twice like the photos.
