ICU False Ban

Describe the bug I was clocked into med and a person was in the icu they were then punched and died again, i used a medkit to revive them however when their icu timer was up they were giving a exploiting ban. If you do not revive them again they get stuck in black and white and cannot move.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Revive someone that has gone down using a medkit
2. Place the person in the icu for the desired time
3. Have them get punched/hit to go down again well in the icu
4. Use a second medkit so they are not stuck in the dead state
5. Wait for their icu timer to expire
6. They will be auto banned for exploiting

Additional context [I think its just the anit-cheat thinking that someone is trying to give themselves health/revive themselves]

I can confirm this is happening. Only exception to OP is I used a med kit on someone, and they got an auto ban for exploiting. Attaching F8. If you want video, lmk
