CCTV crashes cad, then you can't reopen cad within the city.

Describe the bug Try to open CCTV camera, cad crashes, then you can't open cad within the city until you fly out and back in.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Open Cad
  2. Open CCTV and pick a store to look at cameras
  3. Cad crashes
  4. Can't reopen cad within the city,

I would also like to add when opening CCTV, there is a chance you will be teleported to that location. Happened on shift the other day to a BCSO.

I'm not sure if its when you open CCTV, or if it happens then too, but I have been teleported to different parts of the maps 2 different times and both times before it happened i had selected the cameras at one store, and tried to select a different store multiple times in a short amount of time, then it poofed me to that store.
