Broken Tesla Model S Lights

Every time I use my headlights or turn any on. (Highbeam or normal) It never works and causes these white squares. image

#3552 - I believe it was fixed, and then something was reverted and caused this? Not sure. But post it on the thread I linked instead for the car lads to look at
