Vehicles Disappearing When Not In Vision

Describe the bug When entering a warehouse alone, mine is a Small Warehouse, and going to do the normal tasks like depositing and or withdrawing items, your personal vehicle will sometimes tend to disappear out of thin air within seconds. Many people say it might be stolen, however there have been times where I have been inside for no more than 30 seconds, and the vehicle is gone, I then arrive at Insurance Lot and can already claim my vehicle within 1 minute of it being gone. Which would not be possible if stolen, as I have found out from experience, the only fix for this issue I have found is to have someone watch your car while you go inside, which I try to do when possible, but when trying to do tasks alone like mining and quickly depositing your items, it can be very disappointing to come back outside 10 seconds later to no vehicle. I have also noticed that when this happens, it will spawn a local vehicle nearby that was not there before. I believe personal vehicles are supposed to remain in city for 2 hours of no interaction before de-spawning, as I believe it states somewhere in the rules, as well as there was a time when I went into my warehouse and flew out of the city for about an hour, and when I flew back in and exited the warehouse, my vehicle was still in the same spot. Which I found quite odd as normally if I do not have someone watch my vehicle, it will de-spawn within 20 seconds or less. I do have at least one clip maybe a few more of this happening, there has also been a time where I was walking towards 2 vehicles, open the trunk of the first one, grab 2 items, and when I close it and walk around the first car the second was then non-existent. I filed a compensation request for this specific incident and was compensated, I am not sure if this is something that would even be a possible fix, but I wanted to make sure that is is known. Again I do know it is possible to steal vehicles, however the fact that it has happened on multiple occasions and am able to re-claim the car immediately after, along with many others confirming they have ran into the same, it leads me to believe this is a bug, not to mention my car was stolen once outside my warehouse before I ran into this bug, and I was not able to reclaim it at insurance lot, therefore lead me to the conclusion of it being stolen. When possible I have someone watch my car while the other goes inside, but for the people who don't have this ability all the time or at all, it can be a pain losing your vehicle especially the items inside it.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to warehouse in personal vehicle alone
2. Enter warehouse and grab 1-2 items (10-30 seconds inside)
3. Exit warehouse
4. Personal vehicle then seizes to exist and is able to be reclaimed at insurance lot immediately

Expected Behaviour Personal vehicle would be outside warehouse if not stolen

Additional context It seems like if the vehicle is not in your vision, it tends to disappear, I think this is something that should be changed but again not sure if that would even be a possibility unfortunately, thank you for reading.

This is an issue because when you enter your warehouse, you get teleported to a different area (under docks). Now the outside zone that you were at is no longer used (no one is nearby) so performance wise if the area is not used, it doesn't exist. That's why your vehicle vanishes. Now you exit the warehouse and this area gets loaded in again freshly. As you mentioned currently the only way to safely have you vehicle outside is if someone stays outside.
