BCSO Not receiving texts

Describe the bug [When somebody texts 911 we do not get the text, we only get the location of where it came from.]

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Clock into BCSO
  2. Text 911
  3. See location pop up
  4. Do not receive the text itself.

Expected Behaviour [when someone texts 911 the text goes through to both departments]

I'm sorry but how is this still now resolved? It's been almost half a year since the launch of the department and they still cannot receive emergency texts, baring in mind this is a police department we're talking about.

I'm not even BCSO, but it's shocking at this point...

This is still on-going, what are the thoughts on adding an additional favorites contact line to contact BCSO? Would this be easier than attempting to link the phone to both departments?
