Boulevard Del Perro visual bug

Describe the bug A certain spot on BDP will not load in, no matter what you do with your settings, and does so with (as far as I know) everyone who goes through the area.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to Boulevard Del Perro/Rockford Drive intersection, just above the clothing store.
2. See the map does not load in.

Expected Behaviour The bit of map should load in normally like everywhere else.

Removed the interior for the time being until we devise a fix.
