Custom License Plates Being Deleted

Describe the bug [Whenever you purchase a custom license plate on a vehicle that already has a custom license plate, the one applied prior to purchasing a new one gets deleted]

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any garage
2. Apply a custom plate to a vehicle
3. Purchase a new custom plate for the vehicle while it's still applied
4. See error

Expected Behaviour [Either not let you purchase a new custom plate/ force you to pay the $5k fee of removing it, or storing the already applied plate in your plate storage]

Additional context [Had this happen to me twice, I've submitted a compensation whenever you can look at it <3]
