Phone Issue Megathread
A few bugs I've noticed on the phone since public release ...
Apologies if these have already been brought to your attention
When ending a phone call you are still able to hear the other person you were just on a call with but they cannot hear you and the actually call dosent show when opening the phone again. (If you start a call with someone else and then end it before they connect this seems to fix it)
When pressing on contacts, when you are making a new contact, it completely bricks the phone and requires a restart.
Some people have reported the mouse being stuck in the middle of their screen phone opening the phone and are unable to access it.
To close the phone with "y" you have to click on the home screen first. For example if you are on Life Invader then you are unable to close the phone with "y" and sometimes breaks it when exiting via backspace or esc
You are unable to use the "back" button at the top right if you get a notification as it covers the button and lasts for a while.
Unknown whether intentional but the contact lists are no longer in alphabetical order and can be quite difficult to find contacts when you have so many.
Sometimes when exiting the phone with esc, the phone disappears but you can not look around with the mouse and acts like it is still being used on the phone
Some people have reported the mouse being stuck in the middle of their screen phone opening the phone and are unable to access it.
This one is a simple fix. Just go to your mouse settings in-game and change "Mouse Input Method" to "Raw Input". This should fix the issue. Nothing we can do on our side.

One to add to the list is that the high scores page only displays the current date and not the date that the high score was achieved on. In the image posted below, I know both Max and ASingh achieved these high scores on the day of release but they display today's date which is the 4th of March.
Another bug that I've found is specifically with the Camera. It appears that while in the Casino, you cannot exit the camera through traditional means. I had to spam putting my hands up/down while right clicking to exit the camera mode.

It appears that there's no signal around Forum Drive, not sure if this is intentional, but I'll throw it in here just in case
Describe the bug When texting and receiving a paycheck notification (not tested with other notification), the phone closes to the home page automatically.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Open phone and start typing a text to a contact
- Receive paycheck
- See error
Expected Behaviour You should be able to still continue texting without the notification forcefully taking you out of the app.

Additional context An edit to this post: I tested this out while searching trash and the bug occurred with text messages as well.
I've also just also come to the realisation that this bug also happens with phone calls as well but brings you to a new screen that shows "How'd you get here?"
Describe the bug While you have your phone open and the text box in the top left, you are still able to move around and use your fivem keybinds to interact with the city. This can cause issues such as accidentally punching people amongst other things.
The second part of the video also shows that when you bring out your phone, all input is forcefully stopped including movement functions and we have to press the movement keybind again to start moving. This also applies to driving.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Open your phone
- Walk around
- Open chat box
- See that you can still walk around and interact.
Expected Behaviour The chat box should nullify any input to the game other than the ability to type. The second part of the bug report is that we should be able to continue running while pulling out the phone.

Had an issue yesterday where I was stuck with the messages button depressed on my phone and then the phone bricking with my character behaving as though the phone was closed, but my mouse was displayed and not allowing me to left/right click or move my eyes.
I can't change my notifications settings on either of my characters. A known bug, or not? What details do you need from me to look into that?
