Sorry for addressing this late, but both `setSuffix` (996b70185f3fb97e7d7335f1a70a712b2c99b878) issue and `pyside2-uic` (06c72143d2058ad5a856d4743edcf1f54d932598) should be addressed now. Feel free to reopen if the problem(s) persist.
Are you able to tell if `contrib/uiuc/plugins/molfile_plugin/src/PlugIOManagerInit.c` was compiled?
