M1 Mac air Ventura 13.2.1 Install issue

Having issues installing ntscqt on my mac. Getting an error where it says "'/Users/NAME/ntscqt' already exists and is not an empty directory." and "/Users/NAMEn/ntscqt/venv/bin/python: can't open file '/Users/taohodgen/ntscqt/ntscQT.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory". Would love some help as im very interested in using this software.
