Suggestion : Locking head switching to bottom or top of frame

This VHS simulator is the best one I've used, and that's compared to expensive After Effects plugins and such, but there's just one tiny detail that would improve it a lot for me personally at least, and that is being able to set the position of the head switching noise.

As of writing this on the latest executable release, the head switching noise is always moving, so I have to move it very slowly until it's right before the correct placement, then set move speed to 0.

If possible, it would be greatly appreciated if there could be added either just a slider to set the vertical position, or the ability to lock it to the top or bottom of the frame. This could already be implemented on the latest build, but I can't compile it without a "Uncaught exception: name 'set_ui_element' is not defined" error, so I can't check.
