Support for 32-bit devices?

It's been a long time since I tried to download this program, but a sign popped up that it doesn't support my 32-bit computer. There was a question, will there be a release for 32-bit devices at all, is it possible?

32-bit processors are outdated by many years. I'll recommend buy a new PC.
