Stop allowing users to to submit bugs by clicking the "Report bug" button

Why do this to yourself? A link to your Github somewhere in the description is more than sufficient to direct any user that has an issue and can provide valuable information to the right place; most people are just going to hit the Report Bug button, click submit, and not provide any information of value.

Also, might be worth mentioning somewhere in the text that Open Weather keys take 5-10 minutes to activate, so they won't work immediately. Pretty much anyone that creates a key and immediately tries to use a plugin with going to get a 401 Forbidden response for the first few minutes; I'm willing to bet that's why so many people are opening bug reports even though this is really an OWAPI issue...

PS: Also, another OWAPI counter-intuitive function, when they say "City Name" they mean "City Name". I instinctively put City, State at first, that just returns a 404 if I include a state. Again, OWAPI issue, but should maybe be mentioned somewhere in the docs to reduce user error.
