Game does not load all the time

Occasionally, when I launch my game, it doesn't load because of this mod. Here is the log so you can see if it's something fixable. https://gist.github.com/mxnmnm/2b8286f9db5c5b787c430eeb9f519778

For now I will test things out and see if the issue continues to happen if I allow the game to boot upon a failed download, but in the future it would be nice to have that not be the case.
