CodeMC Nexus repository changes.

We add CodeMC by default as a maven repository from which dependencies can be downloaded. According to https://discord.com/channels/405915656039694336/405916653591724042/1291879684753199157 their Nexus repo URLs will become user-specific. ScalaLoader will have to adapt in one of 3 ways:

  • Add a config option for github username, or full maven repository URLs.
  • Use a ScalaLoader-specific gh username.
  • Remove CodeMC Nexus repository by default.
