Not working properly in 1.20.6

hello in my 1.20.6 purpur server it does not work propely . after excute every invsee command . server tps will go below 10 and inventory will be opened after 10 - 20 seacods even with no players . i dont know why it happens . but it work properly in 1.21 . and i tried disable some options . but nothing was solved there is no error log
