Support fewer rows than 6 for MainSpecatorInventory and EnderSpectatorInventory.

Users should be able to delete rows from the inventory templates in their config, and the plugin should render the same number of rows as configured in the config.

For example; A user may not want to see the bottom row of 'personal' slots: image
