Some elements became too bright after replacing an incorrect path with a picture on the correct path
What are you trying to do, and what do you expect to happen?
I opened a Minecraft Java Edition model. I saw that I used the incorrect path to load a picture. So I clicked the "Change File" option and replace the incorrect path.
Like this(before replacing):
What happens instead?
Then, I saw some elements were very bright than before in surprise. I tried again and the bug was still existed.
Like this:
Model format in which the issue occurs
Java Block/Item
Blockbench variant
Program
Blockbench version
4.12.5
Operating System
macOS
Installed Blockbench plugins
They don't matter.
Are there any console errors?
I didn't notice. Actually there's always an updating(4.12.5->4.12.6, I think) failed error there.
However, this issue is not very dangerous because I can switch to Display mode and back to make the model normal. The issue also shows when it's in Paint mode. I noticed that the elements which didn't have textures were rendered brighter, maybe the program mistake the elements which had textures for the elements which didn't have.
