Suggestions for better organization of palettes

Detailed description of your suggestion

Saved palettes reside in the "Load Palette" dropdown menu. This menu is rather limiting as it doesn't give you options to organize the palettes. Here are some suggestions:

A. An option to change the order of palettes in the list (either by drag and drop or with buttons that move the palette up or down a slot.)

B. Option to create "Palette folders", which would be helpful in reducing clutter if you have a lot of palettes.
