Intense Viewport Flickering Under Wayland
What are you trying to do, and what do you expect to happen?
When zooming in towards a mesh, I expect it to not flicker.
What happens instead?

If you look at the clip frame-by-frame, you can see that it's only the viewport that flickers and shows the desktop, not the rest of the application. At the end of the clip I make the application fullscreen, and it instead causes the viewport to flicker to black. This only happens when I'm zoomed in, or it's at least extremely rare when I'm not zoomed in. I've gotten it to happen on a completely empty scene too with no mesh, although that's also rarer.
I'm only able to reproduce it on my 3440x1440 monitor when it's a large window - it doesn't seem to happen at all on a 1920x1080 screen or if I shrink the window size. I thought it might be related to #2652 but it's hard to tell.
There are no error messages in the console.
