Animation Controller elements drawn from wrong spot when zoomed out

What are you trying to do, and what do you expect to happen?

-Clicking and dragging the bottom or top handle of an Animation Controller state to form a transition with another state. -Clicking the + button for animations, particles, sounds and transitions. -Clicking the entry of an animation, transition.

What happens instead?

The arrows, dropdowns etc are at an offset. The more zoomed out, the more offset there is towards the top left.
