[suggestion] more primitives

Detailed description of your suggestion

this is a thread for other primitives i and others may want added. Currently the main primitive i want added so i have easy access is icospheres, (triangle based spheresoids) i use them when making small trees and it would be nice to not have to import one from an obj every time i want a new one added.

MTools plugin has lots of mesh primitives https://www.blockbench.net/plugins/mesh_tools After installing the plugin it's in Tools -> Mtools -> XYZ Math Surfaces and Quick Primitives
