In "Custom CSS" editor for themes, remember position after leaving it

Detailed description of your suggestion

Perhaps Blockbench could remember your position in the "Custom CSS" editor for themes, so that you do not have to scroll back to your previous position each time you exit and reopen it (because of this, the CSS editor is currently rather cumbersome to use).

With the "Live Dev Reloader" plugin making theme creation much easier, this issue now seems somewhat irrelevant in my opinion.
