Plugin install button not working

What are you trying to do, and what do you expect to happen?

cant install plugins anymore literally nothing i do is working

Any error messages in Help > Developer > Open Dev Tools > Console tab?

I have encountered this bug. Blockbench version 4.9.3. Install button not working on any plugins. The console is giving the error:

Uncaught Error: connect ETIMEDOUT 2a04:4e42:f::4835:434 at __node_internal_captureLargerStackTrace (node:internal/errors:490:5) at __node_internal_exceptionWithHostPort (node:internal/errors:668:12) at TCPConnectWrap.afterConnect [as oncomplete] (node:net:1494:16)

On import from URL, the plugin appears to be in the installed list, but doesn't function and when the installed list is refreshed, it disappears.

Importing from file seems to work.
