[Suggestion] Adding move option to image copy-paste tool

I find myself using the copy paste tool mostly to move bits of texture somewhere else on the texture.

Along with copy, cut, paste and rotate 90°, I would love to have a toggleable button (in the same style as the "Move texture with UV" button) to determine whether you copy the selection to somewhere else when you drag the selection, or simply move it.

This would make the tool a lot more neat, instead of having to use cut, then paste to do the same thing.
