[Suggestion] (Synchronized) Video as background for the animation tab

Ability to upload a video or gif in the background when animating and synchronize its preview with the timeline to allow for quick and easy animation references.

You can already add GIFs as a background actually.

The synchronizing would be the main feature here, as it would allow you to make animations "frame by frame". The gif would pause if animation is paused.
