novnc error: fbsetbg: I can't find an app to set the wallpaper with

In #162, @ishitatsuyuki removed many "unused" packages to make our Docker images lighter and more efficient.

However, some packages identified as "unused" might actually still be necessary. Let's install them back.

• [x] bash-completion (needed for Git prompt)
• [x] xterm (the terminal in noVNC)
• [ ] Eterm (suggested by fbsetbg to set the wallpaper in noVNC's Fluxbox[1])

[1] See the following Fluxbox error:

fbsetbg: I can't find an app to set the wallpaper with. You can install one in
many many ways but I will give you some simple advice: install Eterm and
you're set. Eterm provides Esetroot and thats a great wallpaper setter. I
recommend you install the package provided by your distro.

@ishitatsuyuki could you please take a look at fixing the Fluxbox error/warning? This might be a good opportunity to address #94.

Random though: Fluxbox is a little ugly to be honest. We could improve its looks by:

• Installing a beautiful Fluxbox theme: https://www.google.com/search?q=fluxbox+theme&tbm=isch
• Switching to an alternative desktop environment e.g. LXDE: https://www.google.com/search?q=lxde&tbm=isch

FYI I was able to set a wallpaper.

sudo apt-get install eterm
fbsetbg -u Esetroot /path/to/wallpaper.jpg
