[chromium] run-webkit-tests fails at the beginning

  • $USER or $USERNAME (I forget which one is needed, sorry, let me know if you need the exact one) is not defined out of the box, so run-webkit-tests fails at the beginning.

We should fix this. Thanks @phistuck for reporting!
