It's a shame that we got a working LC dataset into the portal and started testing with it so late in the process.
@forman I'm not able to reproduce it. I tried with SST that was downloaded from ODP as a global dataset, created a subset using ``subset_spatial`` and then created an animation...
Can I get the dataset? Or something representative? Otherwise I haven't been able to reproduce it with any of the ODP datasets I've tried.
@Evadzi Thank you! I'm sure this will help to solve this issue. I put it in a Google Drive folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Gbg_02paUsFyyvSSGnz-vYMwGHIRNBb0?usp=sharing
@HelenClifton Can you see if this also persists if co-registeration is invoked with method 'nearest'?
Assigning @forman to figure out how to approach this and to make sure it doesn't disappear in noise.
Sure, I'm quite sure what the problem is.
Do you mean doing a linear regression, or just adding a line ``y = ax + b``, where `a` and `b` can be defined? What do you mean by trend...
That is a question for @forman. If I remember correctly he researched that option and it was not trivial (impossible) to implement with the current plotting library.
@Evadzi Try to run the ``normalize`` operation on the newly opened dataset.
