Get off of React Admin

Just like CRA, it's a fucking cancer that forces us to do everything its own way, which have caused trouble with data and user flow...

Ideally, we'd be able to simply build those from the ground up, but it's obviously going to take time and effort, especially if we want to re-use whatever we use here in blink for something else (which is going to require either my own component library or a heavily customized version of whatever UI frameworks, like Chakra, not to mention the challenges with data).
