Watch changes in configurations.

Would be nice, is switcher would watch for changes in "currently used" ini and ask mi to restart (and actually rebuild) the php.ini.

Are you sure this can be efficiently done on Windows?

Definitelly. Currently, it will be watching only one file. This should be pretty straightforward.
